Physical Activity can be both fun and energizing. Remember it’s never too late to start an active lifestyle and physical activity doesn’t have to be boring or exhausting. There are many ways to get moving by doing activities you enjoy.

Examples of Physical Activity
  • Walking or Jogging
  • Bicycling
  • Playing Basketball
  • Gardening
  • Swimming
  • Climbing Stairs
  • Walk the Dog
  • Yard Work/ House Work
  • Dancing

Try to be physically active for at least 30 minutes a day,
5 days a week! Start small, but start doing something!
